22 years old Yasmeen Joseph became an ever Hot Mandakini (in a transparent saree) by acting in the Indian movie called “Ram Teri Ganga Maili (1985)". This was her first movie.

This is her most remembered movie. First time in the Indian movie’s history we saw a woman’s nipples and bold breast feeding scenes openly. This highly controversial movie was directed by Raj Kapoor. The adulterous scenes (Mandakini's breastfeeding and bathing) passed over the great script, music of the movie. We don’t know how many innocent Gangas are still looking in the metropolitan cities for their child’s father. In India, women are still neglected the way we pollute our holy Mother Ganga!!!
Mandakini was very popular after the movie released. The movie was superhit movie. The hot scene of the movie is still remembered.
Who is Mandhakini?
Mandhakini was born on 30 July 1963 in Meerut, Uttar Pradesh, India. She is also called by Mandhakini Joseph Thakur. She got married in 1990. Her husband name is Dr. Kagyur T. RInpoche Thakur. Her husband was a former Buddhist monk. They got a son called Rabbil a daughter Rabze Innaya Thakus.
She is an Anglo Indian. Her father name is Joseph who came from England and her mother was a born Muslim.
Raj Kapoor for his last movie took her for the movie called "Ram Teri Ganga Maili". Her opposite actor/hero was Raj Kapoor's youngest son Rajiv Kapoor. FOr this hit movie Mandhakini was nominated for the award called Filmfare.
She was also appeared some other movies called Dance Dance, Kahan Hai Kanoon, and Pyaar Karke Dekho. Her heroes were Mithun Chakraborty, Aditya Pancholi, and Govinda. But all these movies did not click fer her at all. These movies failed to recreate the success she made in her first movie.
In 1994 there was a photograph where Mandhakini and gangster Dawood Ibrahim were seen together. She is not the only one who was photographed with the gangster. Many Bollywood superstars have been connected with the gangster. There was a rumour that she had a love affair with the gangster although she did not accept the acquisition. After publishing the photo with the gangster her career was gone. she was no more seen in any role in the Bollywood cinema. But still her breastfeeding scene and exposed breasts in the movie remembered by viewers well.
She left her movie career after the movie called Zordaar in 1996. She made two pop music albums called "No Vacancy", "Shambala".
Mandhaka is now working as a Tibetan Yoga teacher. She follows Dalai Lama. She is living with her family in Mumbai. She with her husband run a business called Tibetan Herbal Centre in her local area. She is out of Bollywood for ages. She never came back even not in television serial as well.
